Parenting in a Relentless Culture

Deacon John Manera will be presenting a series of talks intended to help families live and pass on the Catholic faith to their children. The series entitled, Parenting in a Relentless Culture; Igniting the Light of Christ in the Hearts of Our Children, will take place on two consecutive Wednesday evenings. By attending this talk series, parents will discover how to overcome the challenges we face in attempting to form the faith life of your children in today’s culture.

The first Wednesday evening sets a necessary foundation, answering the question, where is God in today’s world and why are people turning away from Him. The next Wednesday session introduces how parents can bring the light of Christ to their children in a meaningful and enduring way. You will also hear about many simple yet effective activities that parents can use to help children discover and strengthen their faith. We look forward to seeing you attend. Come and ignite the light of Christ in your family’s heart so that it can burn brightly in the hearts of your children. 

This talk is open to Parents and Grandparents of all ages as well as newlyweds. May 15th and May 22nd from 7-9 p.m. in Marian Hall. Please plan to attend both evenings.
